FVTM Volumetric Ration of Two Feed Mixer
The storage hoppers can store two different material. After switch turns to the 1st gear motor No.1 starts to work while motor No.2 is idle. The screw begins to convey the material in hopper No.1. After switch turn to the 2nd gear motor No.2 start to work while motor No.1 is idle. The screw begins to convey the material in hopper No.2. After switch turn to gear 1+2, motor No.1 and No.2 start to work simultaneously. Adjust the speed of motor No.2 via touch panel control the output proportion of the two material.

- Constructed with SUS 201 stainless steel hopper.
- The main body is divided into two storage hoppers: Hopper 1 (left) and Hopper 2 (right).
- The top lid is designed to accommodate loaders.
- Quipped with two separate gear motors for independent material conveying.
- Low noise, high accuracy, and stable operation — stainless steel screw prevents material contamination.
- Equipped with a suction box can be connected with external hopper loader for material output.
- Includes an anti-overflow switch to prevent material overflow.
