MSD Series Mold Sweat Dehumidifer
The large amount of air created by the centrifugal blower will be directly blown to the models of the IMM after being moisture-absorbed by the rotary honeycomb and becoming dry air with a low dew point.
Then, the air discharges through the air outlet of the mold closing chamber and returns to the mold sweat dehumidifier through the return air pipe, thus completing a full cycle.
The air around the mold is very dry, with a dew point no higher than 5°C. During rapid mold cooling, the environmental temperature drops quickly but does not fall below 5°C.
Therefore, dewdrops will not form during the rapid cooling of the mold, which ensures product quality.
